1. 개요

미국의 스래시 메탈 밴드 앤스랙스의 3집 앨범이다. 앤스랙스의 전성기를 상징하는 앨범이자 스래시 메탈 내에서도 다섯 손가락 안에 꼽히는 명반. 앤스랙스의 상징과도 같은 유머와 익살이 본격적으로 드러난 앨범이기도 하다.

스티븐 킹의 소설 스탠드에 관한 곡. 가사의 'The Walkin Dude' 는 랜들 플랙을 의미한다.

3. I Am the Law
영국의 만화 저지 드레드 에 영향을 받은 곡이며 전 멤버였던 대니 릴커가 작곡했다. 2집 발매 후 콘서트로 간 영국에서 본 저지 드레드가 멋있고 재밌어서 쓴 곡이라고 스콧 이언이 밝혔다.

4. Efilnikufesin (N.F.L.)
약물중독으로 사망한 배우 존 벨루시에 대한 곡으로, 앤스랙스의 멤버들은 벨루시의 광팬이었다고 한다. 거꾸로 하면 'Nice Fucking Life' 가 된다. 또한 NFL은 미국의 미식축구 리그를 의미하는데, 이 역시 고교 시절 미식축구 팀의 주장이었던 벨루시를 의미한다는 추측이 있다.

5. A Skeleton in the Closet
타이틀곡과 마찬가지로 스티븐 킹의 소설인 '죽음보다 무서운 비밀'(Apt Pupil)에서 영향을 받은 곡이다.

미국과 러시아 사이의 냉전에 관한 곡. 무의미한 폭력과 긴장을 없애고 화합하자는 가사를 담고 있다.

8. A.D.I./Horror of It All
교통사고로 요절한 메탈리카의 클리프 버튼에게 바치는 헌정곡. 메탈리카와 앤스랙스는 같은 레이블 소속이며, 같이 투어도 뛸만큼 친분이 있는 사이다.
