1. 개요
맥라렌 MCL60은 맥라렌 F1 팀이 2023 시즌 포뮬러 1에 참가하는 레이스카이다. 섀시명은 원래 MCL37이었으나 브루스 맥라렌이 팀을 창단한 이래 60주년이 된 해임을 기념하여 MCL60으로 지어졌다. 시즌 시작 전에는 팀의 스태프와 드라이버 라인업에도 큰 변동이 있었다. 우선 팀의 감독이었던 안드레아스 자이들이 팀을 떠나 자우버의 CEO로 내정되었고, 자이들을 대신하여 직전 시즌 팀내 레이싱 운영 디렉터였던 안드레아 스텔라가 승진하여 감독을 맡았다. 드라이버 라인업에서는 끝없는 부진을 이어온 다니엘 리카도와 상호합의 하에 계약을 해지하며 위약금 $21m(한화 약 280억 원)을 물어줌과 동시에 그의 대체자로 동향 후배이자 2021 포뮬러 2 챔피언인 오스카 피아스트리를 데뷔시켰다.시즌 초중반에는 암울한 성능으로 사실상 꼴찌에 가까운 성능이었지만, 업데이트를 통해 시즌 중후반 그리드 내 최상위권 차량이 되었고, 포디움 9회와 함께 시즌 초반 부진에도 불구하고 4위로 시즌을 마감했다.
