ALBUM

it's freakin' 10 years since I started this project and I anly have 2 EPs and a few singles, which is probably not good. as you know, I almost quit EDM because everything happening around it is just tons of business shit (it's really easy to find music from people who seem like they don't even know how to use DAWs), and in my experience, EDM labels don't really care about my music as much as I do.

I don't know how people see EDM nowadays, but for me, making dance music is making art-because that's what I used to listen to when I was a kid. tired of seeing labels and people consume EDM like fast food. music comes out every week. trends change every year. no chill. no focus.

so I ended up creating my own safe place where I can combine everything I love, and now I've been working with my agency on this project for the past 2-3 years. I've been working on music that's super personal, and also doing songwriting stuff for J-pop acts these past few years. yeah, I haven't dropped a lot of music, but I've been working way more thon you'd think.

5 singles in 2 years. these past 2 years, I was too sensitive about my awn project-that's why I couldn't release music that often. I wanted tomake songs that would last forever. I don't even like most of my old discogrophy from the EDM era. right now, I'm focusing on making something that feels timeless to me.

It's July already and I finally decided to make my own album. dance music mixed with J-pop, 'cause those two are part of my memories as a bedroom producer who's been stuck in his bedroom (nothing's changed, I'm still sitting here in my bedroom).

I don't really see myself as a DJ/Producer-more like a Songwriter/DJ. My final goal for this project is to make music that I can truly be proud of. I really appreciate all of you for listening to my music for over 10 years, and I really hope 2026 is gonna be my year.

Best,
Min
