1. 개요

제7회 주요국 정상회의는 1981년 7월 20~21일 캐나다 퀘백 몬테벨로 샤토 몬테벨로(Château Montebello)에서 개최된 주요국 정상회의이다. 몬테벨로가 수도 오타와 북동쪽 근교에 위치한 작은 도시이므로 '오타와 정상회의'라고도 한다.
