1. 개요
미국의 뉴 메탈 밴드 림프 비즈킷의 두번째 스튜디오 앨범이다. 앨범의 뜻을 직역하면 '중요한 다른 사람'으로 절친이나 남편, 아내, 애인 등을 뜻한다.1999년 미국 빌보드 앨범차트 1위를 찍고 그 해 앨범 판매량 5위를 기록했으며, 2001년엔 미국 내 7백만 장 이상의 판매고를 넘어섰고 현재는 전세계적으로 1600만장 이상 판매되었다.
음울한 분위기 속에서 분노를 표출해내는 듯한 색채의 1집 "Three Dollar Bill Y'all"과는 달리 2집은 좀 더 힙합의 색채가 짙고 멜로딕하다.

앨범 두번째 싱글. 인트로의 베이스 라인이 인상적인 곡이다.
뮤직비디오는 Nookie의 마지막 장면과 내용이 이어지며 체포되어 수감되어 있던 멤버들이 법정에서 사형선고를 받고 멤버 전원이 우유에 수장형을 당하지만 2집 CD를 남기고 사라진다. 이윽고 하얀 공간에 둥둥 떠있던 멤버들 중 프레드 더스트만 어디론가 사라지게 된다.
앨범 내에서 몇 안되는 진지한 분위기의 곡 중 하나이다. 뮤비에서는 편집됐지만 원곡에서는 노래 끝부분에 DJ Lethal의 화려한 DJ솔로를 들어볼 수 있다. 초반 관객 선동의 주범으로 지목받아 논란이 오갔던 우드스탁 99 공연 장면이 나오는데, 뮤비 내용을 보면 이 논란을 비꼰 것에 가깝다.
