박재범의 정규 3집 WORLDWIDE의 타이틀곡이다.링크AOMG오피셜 사운드클라우드에 2015년 04월 03일 선공개 되었고 뮤직비디오도 동시에 업로드 되었다.
가사가 전부 영어로 되어 있는데, 아무래도 한국어보다는 영어가 훨씬 익숙한 박재범답게 플로우, 라임, 펀치라인 등이 최고 수준으로 드러난 곡이다. 비트는 GRAY가 만들었으며,[1], DJ Wegun이 피처링으로 참여했다.[2]
후일담으로 밝혀지기를 박재범, 비프리가 Hot Summer 비트를 두고 경쟁을 벌였고, 가사를 더 빨리 쓴 비프리에게 Hot Summer를 주었다고 하고, 그대신 박재범에게 Hot Summer보다 더 좋은 곡을 만들어주겠다고 했다고 한다. 그리고 그 곡이 이곡이란다.
