[1] 먼저 나온 비공식 트리뷰트 앨범으로는 'Vivid Covers - A 20th Anniversary Tribute to L’Arc~en~Ciel' 라는 앨범이 있는데, 참여 아티스트들의 실력부터가 매우 떨어지고, 곡의 퀄리티는 도저히 말로 설명 못할 상태의 곡이 있는 등 매우 처참한 수준이다. 어찌보면 공식 앨범보다 트리뷰트라는 의미에는 더 부합할 지 모르나 이 조잡한 퀄리티의 앨범 때문에 라르크측이 화가나서 공식적인 트리뷰트 앨범이 나온 것이 아니냐는 소문도 돌았었다. 그러나 이 앨범의 발매일은 4월 10일로 공식 트리뷰트 앨범이 발매하기 2달전에 나왔다. 그냥 우연히 20주년 기념으로 준비한 트리뷰트 앨범이 비공식 트리뷰트 앨범보다 애매한 타이밍에 늦게 발매되어 이런 소문이 돈 것.
