1. 개요

일본에 거주하고 있는 대한민국 출신 게임음악 작곡가 겸 DJ. 주력 장르는 퓨처 베이스다.

2. 상세

일본에는 2018년에 정착하였으며 이후 2021년 대학 졸업 소식을 밝혔다.[6]

미국 레이블 Attack the music을 거친 아티스트로,
주로 사용하는 명의로는 EmoCo.[7], #EmoCosine 등이 있다. 과거에 Cosine이라는 명의를 사용하였으나 더 이상 사용하지 않는다.

RiraN과 함께 Emoism Records#라는 서클을 운영하고 있으며 2019년부터 Emoism Gathering 이라는 자체적인 라이브 이벤트를 주기적으로 열기도 한다.

2021년부터 INSPION의 일원으로 합류하면서 준메이저로 등단, 블루 아카이브 악곡과 hololive 소속 오마루 폴카, 네리사 레이븐크로프트의 악곡을 작곡하거나 Ninjala 악곡을 제작하는 등 상업영역에서도 활동하고있다.

BEMANI 시리즈를 계기로 작곡을 시작했다고 하며 작곡을 시작하기 전부터 리듬게임을 즐겨했던 것으로 보인다. 현재도 리듬게임을 즐겨 하고 상당한 실력자이며[8] 이로 인해 후술할 사운드 볼텍스 e스포츠 코치로 취임 하기도 하며 HARDCORE TANO*C와 함께 WACCA의 채보 제작을 담당하기도 한다. 유튜브 채널로 게임에 수록된 본인의 악곡을 플레이하는 영상을 업로드하고 있다.[9]

3. e스포츠 활동

2022년 9월 11일, BEMANI PRO LEAGUE SEASON 2에서 APINA VRAMeS에 사운드 볼텍스 부분 어드바이저로 취임했다. BPL에서 일본 외 국적의 인물이 선수/코치진에 영입된 첫 사례이며, Roy Mikelate에 이은 리듬게임 관련 작곡가가 e스포츠 코칭 스태프로 취임한 사례가 되었다.
