Frozen District에서 개발한 1인 리모델링 크루 시뮬레이션 게임. 하우스 플리퍼의 후속작이다.

2. 발매 전 정보

전작에 비해 그래픽이 좀 더 밝고 화사한 파스텔톤이 되었다. 또한 기존 게임의 메커니즘을 개선하고 새로운 메커니즘을 도입해, 전작처럼 청소 및 개조를 하는 것도 가능하지만 쓰레기를 직접 모아서 버리거나, 천장과 벽과 바닥, 가구에 찌든 때와 먼지를 직접 닦는 등 전작에 비해 좀 더 세밀한 묘사를 보여주고 있으며, 샌드박스 모드가 추가되어 아예 처음부터 집을 새로 지을 수도 있다고 한다.
