시뮬레이션 레이싱 게임 시리즈인 아세토 코르사의 외전 작품.

2. 발매 전 정보

2025년 10월 17일 도르트문트에서 열린 심레이싱 엑스포 2025에서 깜짝 공개되었으며, 발표와 동시에 얼리 액세스 출시일을 11월 13일로 확정지었다. 초기 버전에는 5가지 모드, 4가지 스테이지, 10대의 차량으로 시작하며 정식 출시까지 추가 콘텐츠를 제공할 예정이다.

아세토 코르사 EVO는 내버려두고 갑자기 새로운 작품을 출시한다 하니 당황하는 반응도 있었지만 사실 이 작품은 쿠노스가 아닌 슈퍼노바 게임 스튜디오라는 별개의 회사에서 개발을 담당하고 있다. 이 게임만을 만들기 위해 2021년 경 비밀리에 설립되었으며 본 작의 디렉터를 맡은 어빈 존카도 WRC 시리즈와 세바스티앙 로브 랠리를 개발한 전적이 있다. 쿠노스는 물리 엔진 제공 및 본 작에 아세토 코르사라는 명칭을 붙이는 등의 마케팅에만 관여하며 아세토 코르사 EVO의 개발은 차질 없이 계속 진행된다.

4. 특징

아세토 코르사 컴페티치오네가 GT 월드 챌린지를 전문으로 다뤘다면, 랠리는 이름 그대로 월드 랠리 챔피언십을 비롯한 랠리 전반을 다루고 있다.

게임 엔진은 전용 언리얼 엔진 위에 쿠노스 엔진의 물리가 결합되어 완성되었고 다른 차량이 존재하지 않는 랠리 특성상 다른 차량 모델링 및 AI에 소모되는 CPU 자원을 물리 구현에만 집중하였다. 브레이크를 구현하는 데에도 패드, 로터, 캘리퍼를 모듈식으로 구성하여 도로 상황에 맞게 각자 다른 부품을 장착할 수 있고, 서스펜션 역시 스프링, 댐퍼 등을 각자 구현해 타이어의 충격을 직접적으로 휠로 전달하게끔 맞춤 제작되었다.
