앨범명 THIS IS FOR는 발음이 유사한 FOUR의 언어 유희이다.

앨범 커버의 입술 주인공은 모모이다. #

한국 음반 중 CRY FOR ME와 BETWEEN 1&2에 이어 3번째로 앨범 커버에 멤버들의 모습이 나오지 않았다.[9]

STRATEGY 이후 약 7개월 만에 컴백이자, Formula of Love: O+T=＜3 이후 약 4년 만에 발매되는 정규 앨범이다.

Summer Nights, MORE & MORE, Taste of Love에 이은 여름 컴백 앨범이며, Taste of Love 이후 약 4년 만의 여름 컴백이다.

정규 3집 Formula of Love: O+T=＜3에 유닛곡이 3곡이 수록되었는데, 이번 정규 4집에는 유닛곡이 5곡 수록되었다.
