Geometry Dash의 온라인 레벨. GD Jose의 보스파이트 시리즈인 Gear 시리즈의 3번째이자 마지막 레벨으로, 2.1 극초기를 대표하는 보스파이트 레벨 중 하나이다. 불필요한 오브젝트를 철저히 배제했지만 비어있다는 느낌은 들지 않는 깔끔한 디자인, 톱니바퀴와의 고퀄리티 보스전으로 15,000개 정도에 불과한 오브젝트 수에도 에픽 레이팅을 받은 레벨으로, 데일리 레벨에 실린 전작 2개처럼 이 레벨 역시 위클리 데몬으로 선정되었다.

3성인 1편, 7성인 2편과는 달리 난이도가 데몬으로 크게 상승했다. 초반부 큐브 구간의 타이밍이 꽤나 까다로운 편이고, 초반 어둡고 좁은 비행도 만만히 볼 구간은 아니다. 보스파이트는 가속 포탈 등으로 어느 정도는 패턴 안내를 해 주지만, 중간마다 천장과 바닥에 바짝 달라붙어야 하는 구간들이 종종 나온다. 이 때문에 레이팅 초기에는 이지 데몬이었지만 현재는 미디엄 데몬으로 승격되었다. 물론 미디엄 데몬에서는 하위권 난이도로, 미디엄 데몬을 대표하는 보스파이트 레벨인 -sirius-, Skeletal Shenanigans보다는 쉽다.

2. 구간

1. 시작 큐브 구간 (0~14%)
2.1 극초기 레벨이라 LDM이 도입부에 있다. 경사면 점프가 주가 되는데 아직까지는 쉽다.
2. 비행 구간 (14~30%)
굉장히 어둡고 각진 좁은 길을 여러 중력반전 포탈을 돌파하며 지나가는 구간이다. 속도가 느린 편이라 미디엄 데몬치고는 쉽다.
3. 큐브 + 로봇 구간 (30~49%)
시작 큐브 구간과 비슷한 경사면 점프로 시작하는데, 시작 큐브보다 훨씬 어렵다. 대부분이 칼같은 점프를 요구하며, 특히 도입부는 화살표만 믿고 뛰면 무조건 죽는다. 오히려 속도가 빨라지면서 변하는 로봇은 쉬운 편. 로봇을 지나면 ATTACK 문구, 음성과 함께 보스파이트가 시작된다.
4. 보스파이트 구간 전반부 (49~73%)
정면의 톱니바퀴와 보스전을 치른다. 톱니바퀴는 크게 레이저를 쏘거나 2개의 집게팔을 이용하는 공격 2가지로 나뉜다. 각각의 공격들은 대부분 공격 위치나 안전지대를 대강 알려주지만 보스파이트 레벨들이 그렇듯 보고 하기는 매우 어렵고 암기가 반쯤 강요된다. 특히 집게손 공격들은 외우지 않으면 못 지나간다고 봐도 무방하다. 배 모드로 직선비행을 하다 보면 잠시 UFO가 나온다.

보스파이트들 중간마다 웨이브가 나올텐데, 전부 스팸 구간이다.
5. 보스파이트 구간 후반부 (73~100%)
ATTACK 음성이 다시 나오며, 이번에는 보스가 뒤에 있다. 패턴은 큰 차이가 없으며, 다만 처음에 레이저가 아닌 파이어볼을 쏜다. 패턴 자체는 웨이브 스팸, 큐브 보라 점프링 스팸 등 스팸 구간의 비중이 커져 더 단순해진다.

마지막 웨이브 스팸을 지나면 톱니바퀴가 괴로워하더니 사라지며, GEAR -END- 문구와 함께 레벨이 끝난다. 참고로 1편에서는 톱니바퀴가 캐릭터를 그냥 보내줬으며, 2편에서도 딱히 톱니바퀴가 사라졌다는 묘사는 없었다. 말 그대로 최종장에 걸맞는 연출.

3. 유저 코인

코인은 1개 있으며, 열쇠 얻어서 해금하는 전형적인 코인이다.

첫 경사면에서 점프하면 위에 해골이 보일 것이다. 큐브 상태로는 절대 얻을 수 없는데, 레벨이 시작하자마자 점프하면 보이지 않는 로봇 포탈을 타며 로봇으로 변신하고, 아래의 경사면 끝에서 높게 점프하면 해골을 얻을 수 있다. 시작하자마자를 강조하는 이유는 말 그대로 바로 뛰지 않으면 변신할 수 없기 때문이다.

하지만 해골만 얻는다고 끝나는 게 아니며, 이후 첫 큐브 구간을 로봇으로 진행해야 한다. 언뜻 보기에는 로봇이니 구간 몇 개 정도는 꾹 눌러 뛰어넘는 꼼수를 쓸 수 있지 않을까라고 생각할 수 있을 텐데, 그 꼼수는 마지막 점프에서만 허용되며 그 전까지는 얄짤없이 화살표 따라 조작해야 하기에 더 어렵다.

이후 비행 구간에 진입하면 코인이 플레이어 앞을 서성인다. 원래는 이렇게 서성이던 코인이 언덕 속으로 쏙 들어가 코인을 얻을 수 없지만, 해골을 얻었다면 해당 언덕이 열리며 코인을 얻을 수 있게 된다.

4. 여담

  • 시작 큐브 구간에서 배경을 보면 톱니바퀴가 깨어나고 있는데, 만약 시작 큐브에서 죽으면 톱니바퀴가 당황한 듯이 선 3개가 그려지며 OK. 라고 말한다.
  • 설명에서도 언급되다시피 Gear 시리즈의 마지막 레벨이다. 이 레벨이 업로드된지 약 4년 후 GD Jose가 후속작 Gear IV의 제작 프로그레스를 올렸지만, 완성 이전에 게임을 접으며 미완성 레벨로 남았다.
