그녀의 전작인 Galore 믹스테이프로부터 5년만에 발매된 정규 1집이다. 2024년 9월 18일 싱글 family and friends을 공개하였고, 10월 16일 underscores가 참여한 harvest Sky와 obvious가 포함된 더블 싱글을 공개하였다. 이어서 Bladee가 피쳐링한 take me by the hand, blade bird가 공개되었다. 이전에도 Oklou와 작업을 함께 했던 Casey MQ, A. G. Cook 등이 프로듀싱에 참여하였다.

2025년 10월 Choke Enough Deluxe를 예고, FKA twigs가 피처링한 싱글 viscus를 발매하였다.

평론가들한테는 전반적으로 좋은 평을 받았다. 사운드 디자인 쪽에서 정서적 몰입감이 들도록 잘 만들었다는 점이 비평가들의 공통적인 평가이다. 하지만 비판적인 지적으로는 후반부 트랙 몇 개를 제외하면 대중적으로 기억에 남을 만한 훅이나 사운드의 부재가 있다는 것, 그렇기에 앨범 전체의 흐름상 몰입감을 유지하는 데 있어서 심심함을 느끼는 부분이 크다는것이 평론가와 리스너들의 주된 비판점이다.
