Tell Me 또한 타이틀곡 후보였으나 Higher보다는 유니크함이 부족하다 판단되어 채택되지 못했다고 한다.

사랑이더라도 항상 행복 건 아니니까 그런 역경까지 이겨내면서 나는 너를 계속 알아가고 싶다는 내용을 노래하는 트랙으로, 그 주체가 나와 너, 그리고 우리가 될 수 있다는 점을 표현하기 위해 멤버 모두의 생각을 고루 녹여냈다고 한다.

디렉팅 당시 발랄한 느낌의 시티 팝임에도 마냥 발랄하지 않게 불러 달라는 요청을 받았다고 한다. 곡의 내용이 상당히 무겁기 때문인 것으로 보인다.

공식 음원 발매 하루 전, 11월 17일에 콘셉트 비디오를 통해 선공개됐다. 그러나 현재는 FIFTY FIFTY 전속 계약 분쟁으로 인해 공식 유튜브 채널에서 전 멤버 3명과 연관된 콘텐츠들을 모두 지우고 있는 상태라 그 과정에서 내려간 상태이다.

FIFTY FIFTY 전속 계약 분쟁 이후 멤버 리뉴얼이 완료된 상태[4]였던 2024년 8월 13일에 Tell Me를 포함한 THE FIFTY의 모든 수록곡들의 유튜브 공식 오디오가 재업로드 됐다. #

녹음할 때 멤버 모두 처음부터 끝까지 곡을 불러보고 감성이 가장 잘 맞아서 더 잘 표현할 수 있는 멤버를 선정하는데, 아란의 목소리가 아련함이 돋보이는 목소리를 뽐낼 수 있다 판단되어 트랙의 주인공이 되었다고 한다.

Lovin' Me와 함께 THE FIFTY의 유일한 유닛곡으로, 두 곡이 세트로 묶이는 경우가 많았다.[5] 또한 의도한 것인지는 불분명하나 두 곡 다 제목이 Me로 끝나 통일감이 느껴진다.

Log in과 함께 리뉴얼 이후 2기 멤버들이 아직 부르지 않은 곡이다. 다만 5인조 버전 음원 발매라도 확정된 Tell Me와 달리, Log in은 여러 FIFTY FIFTY 곡과 결이 다르고 2기 멤버들과 안 어울리는 편이라 그런지 5인조 버전 음원 발매 또한 확정되지 않은 상태이다.
