1집 Radio로 성공적인 데뷔를 했으나 2, 3집의 부진으로 기대가 한풀 꺾여가던 LL을 다시 힙합 씬의 정상급 위치로 올려놓은 기념비적인 곡으로, 이에 힘입어 4집 또한 흥행과 비평 두 마리 토끼를 다 잡는 성과를 올렸다. Deluxe Edition에도 리믹스가 네 개나 수록되었다.
특히 이 곡의 뮤직비디오는 30년도 더 지난 지금에 와서 봐도 준수한 퀄리티를 자랑한다. 링 위에서 홀로 서서 도발 제스쳐와 빡세게 랩하는 장면, 근육질 몸을 뽐내며 운동하는 장면, 스파링 장면까지 LL의 마초적인 면모를 여과 없이 드러낸다. 닉네임 뜻대로 '아가씨들이 좋아할 만한' 인물임을 어필한 것은 덤.[1] 이 뮤비는 추후 LL의 팬이기도 한 래퍼 에미넴이 Higher 뮤비에서 레퍼런스로 사용했다.
나중에 LL이 자서전에서 밝히길, 할머니와의 대화에서 영감을 얻어 만들어진 곡이라고 한다. 수많은 힙합 래퍼들에게 디스 당한 LL은 자신이 더 이상 래퍼로서 살아남을 수 없을 것이라고 생각해 할머니에게 고민을 토로했는데, 할머니는 LL에게 "오 아가야, 걔네들을 때려눕혀버려!"라고 조언해줬다고 한다. 그를 증명하듯, 뮤비 막판에도 할머니께서 친히 등장하셔서 "토드, 내 아가야. 올라가서 쓰레기들 좀 치우려무나(Todd, Todd, Get up stairs and take out that garbage)"라고 말하시는 장면이 나온다. 흔한 할머니-손자 간 심부름 시키는 일상 대화를 이용해 '쓰레기들 = 경쟁 관계에 있는 래퍼들'로 비유한 펀치라인.
Verse 1의 첫 구절의 임팩트가 강렬한 곡 중 하나이기도 하다.
