1. 개요
2009년 개봉한 디즈니 애니메이션 공주와 개구리의 사운드트랙이다. 랜디 뉴먼이 작사, 작곡했으며, 마마 오디 역의 제니퍼 루이스와 티아나 역의 애니카 노니 로즈가 노래를 불렀다.작중에서 티아나와 나빈, 루이스가 마마 오디에게 사람이 되는 방법에 대해 묻자 자신의 내면을 들여다보고 필요한 것이 무언지 알아야 한다며 부르는 노래이다.
2019년 디즈니채널 TV영화 디센던츠 3에서 엔딩 크레딧에 등장한다. 우마 역을 맡은 차이나 앤 맥클레인이 불렀다.
