동인 서클 SOUND HOLIC과 Eurobeat Union이 제작한 이니셜D의 수록곡.보컬은 SOUND HOLIC 소속의 Nana Takahashi가 담당했다. 곡 장르는 유로비트이며 두 서클의 합작 앨범인 EUROBEAT HOLIC' -THE ARCADE-이라는 앨범에 2번트랙으로 수록되어있다.
가사가 모두 영어로 되어있다는 점과 동방 프로젝트 어레인지 곡이 아님에도 아티스트 특성상 동방 프로젝트 어레인지 느낌이 강하게 난다는점이 특징이다. 이와는 별개로 곡 퀄리티와 PV의 연출적인 면에 대해서는 대체로 호평.

곡이 진행되는 내내 엇박 탭, 긁기, 슬라이드 복합, 이동트릴, 따닥이, 간접 유발 슬라이드 등의 다양한 패턴들로 이루어진 종합보면이다. 따라서 이러한 패턴들에 대한 다양한 처리력을 요구하지만 최후반 슬라이드만 빼면 13+이라는 레벨에 비해 특별히 특출나게 어려운 패턴도 딱히 없는지라 대체로 13+내에서는 하위권으로 치는 보면이다. 덕분에 처음 출시됐을때는 상수가 13.7이였으나 PRISM PLUS부터 13.6으로 너프당했다.[2]
이렇듯 전체적으로 무난한 난이도지만 최후반 슬라이드가 간접유발이 심하여 AP 방지구간이니 주의할것.
[1] 플레이어는 かせん#Petals*.[2] 만우절 특집으로 함께 출시된 MUSIC PЯAYER는 반대로 13레벨을 달고 나왔음에도 해당 채보보다 압도적으로 어려운 난이도였기에 둘이 상수를 바꿔야한다는 이야기가 많았다. 결국 MUSIC PЯAYER는 PRISM PLUS때 13.7로 2단계나 상수가 올랐다.
