Royalty, Hearteater 및 Bad Vibes Forever 등 세 가지 싱글이 지원되며 릴 웨인, 릭 로스, 노아 사이러스, 토리 레인즈, 조이 배드애스, blink-182, 조이너 루카스, 그리고 Members Only 크루의 멤버인 Killstation, Craig Xen, ikabodVEINS 등의 동료들이 피쳐링으로 참여했다. 앨범은 비평가들로부터 엇갈린 평가를 받았고 미국 빌보드 200에서 5위로 데뷔했다.

앨범의 싱글인 Hearteater의 뮤직비디오에는 이전에 텐타시온을 가정 폭력으로 고발했던 전 여자 친구 Ayala가 피 묻은 심장을 먹고 있는 모습으로 등장해 논란을 일으켰다.
