1. 개요
오카야마자동차도(오카야마도, E73)의 나들목(3번)이다. 나들목 명칭은 개통 당시의 소재지명, 즉 2004년 10월 1일 타카하시시 통합 출범 이전의 우칸초(有漢町)의 명칭에서 유래하였다.구 우칸초 지역 중심지 부근을 지나가는 관계로 설치되었다. 본선이 고지대를 지나가고, 외부 접속부는 이보다 지대가 낮은 곳을 지나므로 긴 경사로 접속램프가 설치되어 있다.
평면 Y자형 나들목으로, 상행선 진출입로가 평면교차한다. 상행선의 경우 평면교차로 옆에 고속도로 버스 정류장이 설치되어 있으며, 하행선의 경우 진출입 램프간을 이어 만든 측도 램프상에 고속도로 버스 정류장이 설치되어 있다. 외부 접속부는 평면교차로(삼거리)이며, 49번 오카야마현도와 접속한다.
