CV35W가 작곡한 Beatblock의 음악.

사이드 노트에 관한 오디오 투어를 듣는다는 설정의 곡이기에 곡 진행 동안 가이드의 목소리가 나온다.

어느 시골뜨기가 술집을 운영하는 일에 열중하던 중, 술에 취한 침입자가 달려들려고 했습니다.

그녀는 재빨리 머리를 굴려, 침입자의 어깨를 잡고 뛰어올랐죠.

상대방의 어깨 위로 뛰어넘는 것은 흔한 연습이었지만 비효율적이었으며, 고등법원에서 "별로 좋은 생각이 아니다"라는 판결을 받았습니다.

1894년. 세기가 바뀌던 무렵, 신사적인 Huxely J. Sidenote는 어린 시절 가장 좋아했던 게임인 '리듬과 비트를 격파해라 - 재치와 흐름의 시험, 그리고 즐기기 위한 도전곡의 연속'(또는 현대 지식으로는 '비트블록')를 하고 있었습니다.

특히 어려운 노래를 플레이 하던 중, Huxely는 풀 콤보 놓칠 위기에 처했다는 것을 깨닫고, 체면을 살릴려고 일반 노트를 패들의 옆면으로 처보았습니다.

생존자는 없었습니다.

오늘날, 이 사건은 현대식 SIDE NOTE의 탄생으로 기념됩니다.

A local yokel is minding her business - the business of barrunning - when a drunken interloper attempts to charge.

Thinking quickly, she grabs the assailant's shoulders, and hops.

Clambering over the shoulders of opponents was common to practice but inefficient, and ruled, "Not A Very Good Idea" by the high courts.

The year is 1894. At the turn of the century, a gentlemanly Huxley J. Sidenote was playing his favourite childhood game, 'Beat the Rhythm and Notes - A Test of Wit & Flow, & a Series of Challenging Songs, With the Intent to Be Enjoyed' (or, in our modern knowledge, 'Beatblock').

During a particularly difficult ditty, Huxster realised he was about to drop the FULL COMBO, and attempted to save face by hitting a regular note with the side of his paddle.

There were no survivors.

Today, this incident is celebrated as the birth of the modern day SIDE NOTE.

Hit these with the slide of your paddle on the side of the paddle, or risk dropping a combo if you hit it on the center.

가이드 투어의 내용을 자세히 듣다 보면 꽤나 얼탱이가 없다. Huxely J. Sidenote라는 양반이 비트블록의 전신쯤 되는 게임을 하고 있었는데, 콤보가 끊겨 체면 떨어지는걸 걱정한 Huxely가 노트를 패들 옆으로 치자 그대로 죽어버렸는 내용이다. BGA에서의 연출을 보면 치자마자 노트가 터져버린듯.

참고로 1800년대의 바텐더 이야기와 1800년대 후반의 헉슬리 이야기는 연결된 게 아니라 별개의 이야기다.
