3.1. Daycare Dance Party

1. 소개

《Preschool Popstars》는 노래, 랩, 춤을 선보이는 당찬 유치원생 소녀들로 구성된 애니메이션 어린이 음악 그룹이다.
멤버는 헤일리, 베일리, 재즈 세 명이며, 팝과 힙합이 어우러진 신나는 음악으로 아이들과 어른 모두에게 사랑받고 있다.

대표 앨범 〈Daycare Dance Party〉는 Creative Child Magazine에서 올해의 CD로 선정되었으며, 인기곡 "Juice Box"는 미쓰비시 아웃랜더의 미국 TV 광고에 삽입되어 화제를 모았다.[3][4]

2012년부터는 원본 노래를 1~2분 정도로 줄인 애니메이션 영상이 제작되고 있으며, 해당 애니메이션은 'LadyBug 애니메이션 스튜디오'에서 제작하였다.[5]

2. 캐릭터

  • 헤일리(Hailey)
    파란 드레스를 입은 4살 소녀. 좋아하는 색은 파란색이며, 블록을 갖고 노는 것과 친구들을 위해 재미있는 그림을 그리는 것을 좋아한다.
  • 베일리(Bailey)
    노란 사파리 옷을 입은 4살 소녀. 좋아하는 색은 노란색이며, 멋진 모자 컬렉션을 가지고 있고 비디오 게임을 좋아한다.
  • 재즈(Jazz)
    흰 셔츠에 빨간 모자와 금색 벨트를 착용한 4살 소녀. 좋아하는 색은 빨간색이며, 고양이 플러피(Fluffy)와 강아지 찰리(Charlie)를 키운다. 이름은 자스민(Jasmine)의 줄임말이다.
  • 엄마(Mom)
    일부 영상에서만 등장하며 얼굴은 나오지 않는다. 누구의 엄마인지는 공개되지 않았지만, 머리색은 재즈와 같다.
