‘유리성’은 프로듀싱팀 ‘e.one’의 곡으로, 트리플 리듬을 기반으로 한 미디엄 곡이다. 스트링과 기타 위에 가미된 신스 사운드 위주의 악기 플레이가 돋보이며 동화 속 신비로운 유리성에서 일어나는 일들을 사랑스럽게 담아냈다. 다섯 소녀의 순수한 감성과 풋풋함을 다채로운 보컬로 표현하였다.

“Muah!” 는 프로듀싱 팀 ‘마크웨이브(MachWave)’와 ‘이준엽’ 작곡가의 공동작품으로, 설레는 마음으로 사랑 고백에 나서는 소녀의 마음을 들려주는 이야기를 담았다. 신나는 비트와 화려한 멜로디, 상큼함이 가득 넘치는 팝 댄스 곡으로, ‘에이프릴’의 사랑스러운 애교를 노랫말과 귀여운 보컬로 담아냈다. 곡 제목이기도 한 “Muah(무아)” 라는 단어는 뽀뽀를 표현하는 의성어, 즉 “쪽!(Chu!)” 의 영어 표현으로, 곡 중간에 여러 번 반복되며 듣는 이로 하여금 중독성 있게 빠져들게 한다.

6. 여담

  • APRIL의 첫 싱글이며 컨셉은 걸스카우트라고 한다. 타이틀곡은 Muah! 이다. 이제 막 사랑에 빠진 소녀의 모습으로 분해 APRIL만의 사랑스럽고 순수한 매력을 볼 수 있다. '보잉보잉(Boing Boing)'은 두근두근 거리는 마음을 영어로 표현한 것이다.#
  • 컴백 시기가 좋지 않았다는 평이 많다. 활동 당시에는 10도 가까이 떨어졌던 추운 날씨였는데 복장은 봄이나 가을에나 입을법한 옷이라... 곡 자체의 퀄리티는 좋지만 겨울과 크게 관련된 스타일도 아니라 차라리 봄에 듣기 좋다는 평도 많다. 아무래도 소민이 나간 APRIL의 이미지를 바꾸기 위한 컴백이다보니 이렇게 된 듯하다. 더군다나 겨울 스페셜 앨범이었던 Snowman은 정작 활동을 안 해서...
  • 당시 유일한 성인이었던 소민의 탈퇴로 전원이 미성년자 멤버로만 구성되었었다.
  • 이 곡은 GS SHOP에서 선정한 2016 GS샵 뮤직 어워드에서 무려 1위를 차지했다. 이 1위가 APRIL의 최초이자 유일한 1위 기록이다. 기사
  • 여담이지만, 나중에 스페셜 앨범으로 공개되었던 Snowman이 이 앨범의 3번 트랙이었다. (Muah Inst 트랙은 앨범 티저 공개 직전에 Snowman 대신 들어갔다.)
