영국의 록밴드 윙스의 노래. 그들의 3번째 스튜디오 앨범 Band on the Run의 4번째 트랙으로 수록되었다. 후렴이 인상적인 경쾌한 분위기의 곡. 가사의 첫 구절은 영국의 뮤직 홀 공연자 찰스 체스터의 유행어에서 따왔다고 한다. 제목이면서 곡의 주요 인물로 나오는 Vandebilt의 이름은 미국의 대부호 가문인 밴더빌트(Vanderbilt) 가문의 오탈자.발매 이후 구소련 지역에서 가장 인기를 끌었던 폴의 곡으로, 실제로 2008년 우크라이나 키이우 공연 당시 팬들의 요청으로 처음으로 이 곡을 라이브로 부른 적도 있다.
