링고 스타가 2008년 1월 14일 발매한 본인의 15번째 스튜디오 앨범.1975년 "Blast from Your Past" 앨범 이후로 33년 만에 친정인 EMI로 돌아왔다. 비틀즈 초기 때 처럼 미국에서는 캐피틀이 영국에서는 팔로폰이 발매하였다.
이 앨범 제작 초기에는 그 동안 링고의 앨범에 줄곧 참여해오던 마크 허드슨이 참여했었으나 도중에 그만 두고 데이브 스튜어트가 재 프로듀싱을 하였다.
앨범 제목에 리버풀이 붙은 이유는 본인의 고향이 그곳이기 때문이다. 다른 비틀즈 멤버들도 마찬가지로 모두 리버풀 출신이었다.
영국에서는 91위, 미국에서는 94위에 올랐다.
