프레디 머큐리의 몇 안 되는 발라드 넘버 중 하나로, 전작 The Game의 Save Me를 비롯해 퀸 초창기의 느낌이 물씬 풍기는 노래이다. 존 레논에 대한 추모곡이다. [1] 가사 속에 'Lennon is a genius'라는 구절도 있다. 존 레논의 "Love"의 영향을 받아 멜로디가 유사하고, 도입부 역시 존 레논의 곡 "Mother"의 도입부를 인용하였다. 곡보다 가사가 먼저 쓰여진, 몇 안 되는 퀸의 곡 중 하나. 잔잔한 피아노 록이다.
