페르소나 3에서 주인공이 머무르고 있는 이와토다이 기숙사의 저녁 시간대 곡. 메구로 쇼지가 작곡했다. 12월 31일에 진 엔딩 루트를 선택하면 최종 결전일까지 "Living With Determination -이와토다이 기숙사 어레인지-"가 대신 나온다.[3]Mass Destruction, When the Moon's Reaching Out Stars 다음으로 가장 많이 듣게 되는 곡. 나중에는 인트로를 들을 때 동료들의 인사가 없으면 허전한 느낌이 들기까지 한다. 페르소나 3의 분위기와 굉장히 잘 어울린다는 평을 듣는다.
페르소나 4 디 얼티밋 인 마요나카 아레나에서는 메뉴 곡으로 쓰였다.
