1. 개요
25번 국도 메이한국도(메이한, E25)의 나들목(10번)이다. 나들목 명칭은 나들목이 소재하는 오아자 명칭 미다이[1](御代)에서 온 것이다.시모츠게IC와 비슷한 기능을 가지는 나들목이다. 미다이 지구에 DMG 모리 정밀기계 공장(이가사업소)이 1970년대 들어서면서 두 나들목 모두 공단 진출입 차량이 사용하고 있다.
상행선의 경우 다이아몬드형 구조를 그대로 유지하고 있으나, 하행선은 구조가 변경되어 변형 클로버(파클로)형이 되었다. 접속 도로는 상부에서 본선을 과선교로 넘는 2번 미에현도이며, 하행선 출입구(남측)의 경우 특도 역할을 수행하는 이가시도 시모츠게-니시노사와선과도 접속된다.
