미국의 싱어송라이터 락웰의 싱글이며 그의 데뷔 앨범 Somebody's Watching Me의 첫 싱글로 1984년 1월 14일에 발매되었다.2. 오디오/뮤직 비디오
뮤직비디오가 꽤나 으스스하다. 덕분에 80년대 중순에 MBC에서 특별 프로그램으로 주말에 호러 뮤직비디오만 골라 1시간 넘게 틀어준 적이 있는데 이 뮤직비디오도 나온 바 있다. 당연하지만, 마이클 잭슨이 부른 Thriller도 같이 방영해줬는데 Billie Jean 뮤직비디오도 틀어줘서 이건 그다지 무섭지 않는데? 라는 반응이 압도적이었다.

빌보드 R&B 차트에서 1984년 3월 첫째 주부터 다섯번째 주까지 5주 연속 1위, 빌보드 핫 100에서 2위를 기록했다.1984년 빌보드 R&B 연말 차트에서 12위, 1984년 빌보드 핫 100 연말 차트에선 26위에 올랐다.
하지만, 한국에서 그리 인기가 없었고 되려 이 앨범에 들어간 나이프가 미국에서 묻혀진 거랑 달리 한국에서 대박이 났다.
