2집 Welfare Jazz에 첫번째 트랙으로 수록되어 있으며 앨범의 첫번째 선공개곡이기도 하다.활기찬 멜로디와 신나는 색소폰이 잘 어우러지는 포스트 펑크 곡이다. 오프닝 트랙 답게 강렬한 라인이 특징이다. 각박한 사회 속에서 살아남기 위해 도덕적이지 않은 행동들을 할 수 밖에 없는 현실을 담은 가사가 특징이다.
NME와의 인터뷰에서 세바스티안 머피는 이 노래를 패배와 좌절에 관한 곡이라고 말한 바 있다. 또한 자기 자신이 과거에 마약 중독에 시달리고, 여러 잘못된 행동을 했으며, 그것이 잘못되었다고 인지할 때 까지 상당히 오랜 시간이 걸렸고 그 시절을 회상하는 곡이라고 말했다.
뮤직비디오 속에서는 머피가 거리를 걸어다니며 이유 없이 여기저기 깽판을 치는 부랑자 역할로 나오는데, 이 이후 발매한 Creatures와 뮤직비디오가 이어진다.
